Everything is in place short of a few staples for the vegan cheese collective. I’m grinding and fermenting with the Fetcho’s – my favorite cooking buddies.
We wanted to do bread as well, and I was hoping to get a sourdough starter on the shelf, but that never happened. Maybe you could bring one for us to try?

Parking: Park on the street and walk down the driveway at Cal Asia.
Time: 6:30 PM
What to bring: your apron, some money to cover expenses, maybe a snack to share. Emily made a vegan Gouda we’ll be fondue dipping.
Cost: brings some cash to cover expenses – probably around 20 bucks or so.
