Last night he was on stage with Jon Favreau as the executive producer of Chef at the Directors Guild of America.
The movie was the sweetest. It really captured the love we put into our work and into our food as chefs. It was star studded with good music, food porn and dancing. And nobody died. My kind of flick.The kid was amazing.
Way to go chef, author, restauranteur, hotelier, papa and boss man. I’m thrilled to pieces for you and your team, especially my gal Tash ( on the left).
You made the right choice when you put her on the payroll. AMAZING TEAM!!
It’s a good thing I gave up comparing myself to others this year, because I could easily be jealous of your empire Mr Choi. I do have a wee bit of advice for you, cause you know, I’m bossy that way.
Take your adorable family here. 
For a month. You must be exhausted. Take some time to revel in what you have done, because wow and holy cow you’ve been busy! Be proud, be very very proud and enjoy the fruits of all your hard work (and of Hawaii). Turtles to the right. Maui’s calling, it’s got your beach.
