You have two choices. Appetizers before the ceremony or after the ceremony. I always recommend to go light on the starters and save the appetite for the main dinner. If you decide to do little tray passed appetizers, allow 3 per person, and up to 6 if you have a room full of hearty eaters.
These potato tacos are always a hit. We often serve them in little cookie bags. It helps to keep all the crema and homemade salsa inside.
I love this idea. The bride wanted stationary appetizers, but wanted small bites. We plattered them abundantly and served them al fresco.

Two bite appetizers are fun to serve in little vessels. We do a Mac and Cheeze nugget in these little spoons and sesame noodles in miniature Chinese To go boxes.
Keeping it simple with bread and spreads is always popular with the guests. Bruschetta and crostini, flavored hummus and pita chips, baked artichoke terrines with baguettes, and black bean corn salsa with chips can make a great looking edible display of vegan goodness.
Fresh fruit is always welcome. This bride did edible centerpieces instead of florals.

It’s important to serve something delicious. It makes your guests feel welcome and everyone comes to a wedding to EAT!!
