Chef Stacey and I took a great class with our friends at Gourmet Imports.

We learned all about chocolate; conching, dipping and tasting of course! Gourmet Imports is the wholesale division to Nicole’s Gourmet in Pasadena. Last month we learned all about artisan cheeses; soft rinds and washed rinds, broken cheeses and bloomy cheeses.
It has been great getting to know what happens to the food we eat, before we eat it.
