That sure was fun! The amazing Kelley Budding brought us in to Jefferson High as an after school special with the parents and the kids.
We converted a chemistry room into our makeshift kitchen for three weeks and went crazy making whole foods. We had 5 teams and folks wandered in every week, so by the time of the contest, each team was fuller than full. 
The competition was AMAZING! The winning plate was the Zucchini cream pasta with Scallion Sauce. It was very difficult picking only one winner, and the next time we head into the classroom, Prizes will be evenly divided so everyone walks away a winner. I can’t wait to do it again!
