"Who Wants Seconds?" Cookbook

"Who Wants Seconds?" Cookbook

Released in the fall of 2013, “Who Want’s Seconds?” is a compilation of over 80 of the best recipes from Jennie’s thirty-year career in the food business. Jennie’s colorful mixed media spreads on every page create a warm and inviting entry into her culinary world. The book is, in Jennie’s words, the evolution of an eater. Starting with cabbage and beans from her deep Pennsylvania Dutch roots and ending with a call to plant based living, the book is full of excellent tips, tricks and tried and true recipes, highlighting the practical art of entertaining with gusto. She encourages more parties, taking chances, keeping it simple and always making it delicious. But more than anything else, Jennie wants everyone to eat well, increase vegetable consumption and have fun doing it. By the end of “Who Wants Seconds?” the reader will want to get in the kitchen, have a party and save the world!

The rave reviews can be seen in Publisher’s Weekly, The Kitchn and L.A. Weekly as well as her Publisher’s site, Prospect Park Books. Books can be purchased through Jennie, Indy bound , Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
